Background

Hands-on infrastructure and systems focus

Ian's experience with IT spans most of his life. He has an incredible sense of intuition with all things technology and a never ending desire to constantly question "WHY?". His expertise working with enterprise-grade IT systems goes all the way back to his years in public school. When most of his peers were playing sports or preparing for college admissions, he spent hours upon hours messing with whatever IT equipment he could get his hands on. Even today, Ian maintains an extensive home lab and home data that he uses as both a sandbox environment and a testbed to work with technologies that oftentimes will be implemented with our customers!

Ian also has a desire to help make the world a better place. Our company has a particular preference for working with government organizations, school districts, public higher education institutions, and providers of public services or infrastructure as a result of this. Ian believes in being different and thinking different, and that in order to be better, you have to be different first. (documentation-first, security-minded, reliability), and the types of partners you work well with.
